Balzhanov Ardan Budazhapovich Born in 1983, Buryatia.
Sculptor. In 2000-2002 studied at the Higher State Technical University, majoring in "Artistic Processing of Metal", in 2002-2006 at the Stroganov Moscow Art and Technical University, majoring in "Sculpture". Since 2002 works in the Moscow Dashi Namdakov art studio.
The series of sculptures "Children of the World" (2013- 2021) is dedicated to the theme of unity and love of people from all over the world. Generalizing the stylistic methods of the children figures, at the same time the artist conveys the originality and uniqueness of different cultures with the help of characteristic attributes. Working on the series was a big creative journey for the author: London allowed to create images and molding in clay, Italy gave exquisite materials, and Moscow combined it all together.
Full of energy, tenacity and optimism, the sturdy boys reflect the famous heroes that almost every young man wanted to become in his childhood. The images are continued by sculptures that tell about the world of little girls, who look up to the great images of world art. The audience is presented with stylized heroines of the world's artists.
