Cash settlement
You can pay in cash upon self-delivery, or to the courier of the company upon delivery in Moscow. Upon receipt of the goods, be sure to check the completeness of the goods, the certificate (when buying a sculpture or doll) and the receipt.

What is an edition?
An edition is an artwork that is produced in an identical way more than once; a 'limited edition' artwork is one of a series that was produced in this way a set number of times. Edition of a work is always stamped or printed on the Artwork, e.g. edition 15/20 means that there are 20 identical works and your Artwork is number 15 of them.
What is a print?
A print is a work of art that is created by an artist and then printed by a professional artisan printer under direct supervision of the artist. All of our prints are limited edition prints.
What are the options on framing?
All prints are available with or without a frame. If you wish the work to be framed, we can arrange that for you, but will always follow the artist's specifications on framing for that work. The artist's chosen style of frame is illustrated on our website. You can choose your own design of frame, in this case you need to order a print without frame.
How do I best care for my artwork?
That depends on what you have purchased – our team will be able to advise you on the best care for your individual piece. In general terms, though, it is best to avoid cleaning works, and to keep them away from moisture, direct heat and sunlight.

What payment methods does accept?
After you confirm your order, one of our managers will contact you to discuss payment details. We will be working with PayPal online payment system in the nearest future.
How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?
Once your order has been submitted successfully you will receive an automated confirmation email with your order details and an order number. At this point the order is only confirmed, and payment will be taken from your card.
What is a pre-order?
Pre-order products give online shoppers an exclusive chance to view and buy items that are new and have not yet been delivered to our warehouses. We are unable to dispatch pre-order items to you immediately, and they may therefore arrive separately to the rest of your order. To buy a pre-order item, simply add it to your basket with the rest of your shopping and follow the checkout process as usual. We will be in contact with you regarding the dates of your pre-order delivery.
How much do you charge for shipment?
All postage charges are based on your total order value and location.
Can I choose another shipment company?
We only work with CDEK company, who we fully trust our fragile and expensive art objects.

How is the order packed?
Our staff pack all the products themselves so that not to make you worry about the safety of your order. You can watch our "video" about package and shipment.
How do you handle customs fees for International orders?
There may be local duty and/or taxes payable on goods delivered internationally. Store is not responsible for paying these charges.
Как происходит возрат товара и денежных средств?
Процедура возврата товара регламентируется статьей 26.1 федерального закона «О защите прав потребителей».
